All items are Securely packaged and shipped with tracking attached.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the package is damaged in transit. Any Other Returns must be done within 7 days of arrival of package. Customer is responsible for Return Shipping Costs with Tracking. Credit will be given after the Inspection of the Product.

Warranty

We Warranty our all products for 14 Days with the Exception of "Polymer Clay Canes and Polymer Clay Blanks" to be free from defects for 14 days after purchase. Intentional damage or misuse of item will void all warranties to the product.
